Brought my business here for maintenance service.The dept. called me with other issues they felt needed attention and I gave them the ok-$430 later I am picking up my car and as I'm driving away the steering wheel is making a noise it never has before.The service techs said they didn't hear anything but then said the noise was "normal"-contradicting themselves. No work was done anywhere near the steering.Service manager Scott Mathson was suppose to call me today but that didn't happen.Will never bring my car to them again.

RecommendedCan't say that I dont recommend. However, I've had my time wasted to epic propotion today. Came in for oil change and 2 minor warranty items. was told "no problem", but never an estimate for time. Should have been alarmed when Brian in service addressed me as Dude rather than by name or a more respectful manner. After three hours I went to find Brian, vehicle still hadn't even been looked at. I was going to buy a $1300 set of tires too, but after that I said forget the warranty work, forget the tires, just do the oil change ... read more
