Melt in your mouth! – I love the freshness of the water ice! I hear they hand squeeze the lemons, no wonder it's so refreshing! My summer would be nothing without John's Water Ice!
"Best pineapple in the city!" – That's what one customer told me as, visiting for the first time, I considered which of John's 5 water ice flavors to get. There are 4 regular flavors - cherry, lemon, chocolate and pineapple, and one or two special flavors. Once that was banana. absolutely wonderful – You can find great water ice at John's if you can find it. Despite being tucked away, its several blocks south of South St., the friendly service and great quality water ice is definitely worth it. It's not too sweet and the portions are enough to sastisfy people of any age.
