John did a magnificent bathroom renovation for us, Three years later we had a problem with our vanity sink that was not his fault, We were about to have company and he was very responsive. He needed a special tool that he made and when i couldn't find it he went home to make another. Meanwhile, I found the tool and called him. He immediately turned around and expeditiously finished the project
