Recently, I asked Jeff Hershey and the John's RV Service team to address an inoperable macerator hose in my 2017 Airstream Interstate. We have been visiting John's RV for years and dreaming of the day we would actually make a purchase and roll away with a camper of our own. That dream was realized just two weeks ago and we are very happy with our purchase and our experience with this business. We worked with Bill Baldwin and he was ever patient when year after year we visited and did not make a purchase. He provided brochures, answered our never ending questions and applied no pressure at all. This year we saw something on the lot that was just what we had ... read more

We will return soon to upgrade our 2014 Sierra to a Class A...we will not go anywhere else...we were new to RV's and they were so helpful..after about 6 month we had trouble with the jacks and slides working, called them, they told us to come up and they took care of the problem while we waited..again..I WILL not go anywhere else to get my next one.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE DEAL I GOT ON MY NEW 2015 WILDWOOD. I TOLD CHRIS WHAT I WANTED AND MY PAYMENT GOAL AND HE MET THEM ALL. WE LOVE THE CAMPER. THE ONLY NEGATIVE WE HAD WITH THE DEALERSHIP WAS THE YOUNG MAN THAT DID OUR DELIVERY DEMO. HE ACTED LIKE HE REALLY WASNT INTERESTED IN BEING THERE. WE HAVE TAKEN OUR CAMPER TO EDISTO BEACH AND HAD A GREAT TIME. WE LOOK FORWARD TO GOOD SERVICE FROM OUR WILDWOOD AND FROM JOHNS RV.
