Recently, I asked Jeff Hershey and the John's RV Service team to address an inoperable macerator hose in my 2017 Airstream Interstate. I had not used their services previously and was unsure what support I would get since I had purchased the vehicle from another dealer. I was very pleased with the service! We have been visiting John's RV for years and dreaming of the day we would actually make a purchase and roll away with a camper of our own. That dream was realized just two weeks ago and we are very happy with our purchase and our experience with this business. We will return soon to upgrade our 2014 Sierra to a Class A...we will not go anywhere else...we were new to RV's and they were so helpful..after about 6 month we had trouble with the jacks and slides working, called them, they told us to come up and they took care of the problem while we waited..again..I WILL not go anywhere else to get my next one.
My husband and I have purchased 2 RVs from Johns RV. We would not go anywhere else. We get great service and advice from sales and service dept. I have recommended Johns RV to many friends and family. Now they are happy campers also.
The shopping experience with John's RV has been great from the beginning of the sale to the completion. Our salesman was Matt he did a fantastic job,was professional and had high concern to meet our needs. If there was any confusion Matt ensured that it was corrected immediately. All my wife and I can say is JOB WELL DONE.............We will return.

Our first purchase from John's RV was during an RV Show at the State Fair Grounds. It was a new StarCraft popup camper. The sale went smoothly and we were quite satisfied with the price we paid.
