We shopped for almost 2 years at well over half a dozen RV dealerships. John's RV has been hands down the best. Matt Rawl was great throughout the process. No pressure, no surprises, no extra fees. Chris handled the paperwork after the PDI and was great also. We were treated like family. Everyone there is great and very courteous. We purchased a used 2017 Surveyor 266RLDS. The process was great. We knew the NADA on the camper, and the dealer asking price. We asked for, and immediately got, their best price and drove away with our new camper. AND, even though the manufacturer warranty wasn't transferable, Johns RV guaranteed the coverage for the remaining term of the warranty even when Forest River wouldn't. We will be back for our next one
