I've made 2 appointments now and I've had a broken finger for 3 weeks on Sunday. 1st appointment I called said I was running 15 mins late, get there and they tell me I have to reschedule. 2nd appointment they call me 3 days before my appointment saying my doctor won't be in the office so my appointment is canceled. Both times I've had to take off work.
