When I mean to tell you, this is a real review, doctor Shruti Chaturvedi is the sweetest woman I ever met. She really is a blessing. She listens to everything
I am a patient at Sidney Kimmel at Bayview and have received exceptional care from the minute I walk to the minute I leave. From scheduling my appointments, the front desk and the nursing staff are all wonderful. Bayview is excellent and well staffed.
I drove 3 hours with my father who has stage 4 cancer with the hopes of receiving a second opinion from this doctor, we arrived 10 minutes late because of the traffic and then we had to register. Worst call center. Good luck trying to schedule an appointment in Oncology. After calling and holding several times I got someone who told me someone would call back within 2 days to schedule an appointment! Not well run for a Institution like this. The system is broken. The onlcolgist we were assigned is only 2 years out and inexperienced. Hated any questions. Just wanted to go by the book. Evidence based was his mantra.
