Worst call center. Good luck trying to schedule an appointment in Oncology. After calling and holding several times I got someone who told me someone would call back within 2 days to schedule an appointment! Not well run for a Institution like this. The system is broken. The onlcolgist we were assigned is only 2 years out and inexperienced. Hated any questions. Just wanted to go by the book. Evidence based was his mantra.

They made it clear that only 2 people could go back with a patient in a waiting room. However I see that there’s a few other folks with 3 people waiting up here. I guess the policy only applies for a selective few…
