Just very unpleasant and rude this is why I stopped coming 5yrs ago to have the same experience nothing has changed
This clinic does not accept walk-ins for pediatric patients. My sick child (who has been a patient here since birth) was turned away because apparently there were no available appointments. However, there were no patients in the waiting area and I saw 2 doctors enter the medical suite. A nurse came out and asked me about my son’s symptoms and it was clear that he needed medical attention. I was told I had to leave and take my son to a patient first location. I've always carried my Son to E.B.M.C and I have always been a Member there.This Clinic has been a Great help to the Community and the people.I LOVE IT!!!!!!!.
If I could give this place 0 Stars I would , Actually to be specific I Was seen by Dr. Doolan . Do not go to her , I actually work for johns Hopkins & the professionalism I received was not professional at all. She does not care , or take her time . I was seen to be fitted for my crown , the dental assistant said she did not feel like looking for it , So Dr Doolan Said okay " we're going to pull your tooth. " I said ok still unsure.
