My experience with this pediatric office has been terrible . While not every staff member is bad, the majority of my interactions have been negative. The staff often come across as rude and unfriendly, and the overall atmosphere feels unwelcoming especially for a place that’s umm supposed to care for children lmao?? It’s a lack of compassion and genuine care.
Today I relived one of the worst days of my life. July 28, 1999 this establishment stole my first daughter from me. My daughters mother was between 36- 38 weeks when we lost our baby she was breech. The week prior to her death we was told she was breech and an attempt turn her around would be done at the next week's appointment well next week was too late.
