We brought my daughter Kaylyn in due to the recommendation of her pediatrician. In the beginning I was severely stressed out and the answers came slow. One doctor actually had me to the boiling point. He told me and my wife that he was giving our daughter a medicine to make her "loopy" before he would inject lidocaine into her knee to numb it. As a parent, you don't like hearing that you have to take your child to the ER by their pediatrician. From the time we walked in till the time we left, we were treated with so much care. We're lucky to have this place practically in our backyard. Thank you to the staff at the ER.
My 3 month old granddaughter is here and I so happy that this (Zinka) team of nurses and doctors are determine to find out what is wrong with her, They constantly check on us to make sure that we're ok I just love how friendly they are Especially Gabby, Kaylee And Brian From 9North They Rock!!!!
We was in and out pretty quick for a ER the place was extremely clean the stop was knowledgeable a doctorate overall it was a great experience for a hospital
