This has to be the worst hospital in the whole state. Every time we need them they drop the ball. Came in today with my wife. Front desk was great. Very helpful made her feel comfortable and most importantly they were TIMELY!!! They took her blood and urine and shortly the lady who did triage took us to a room. But that's where that ended. We were taken to a room and sat there from 9am until 12 noon and not one person came in. NOT ONE PERSON. Before my daugther had her surgery I was kind worrie for all the negative coments ,but it was nothing like that.,nurses and doctors was very professional,thankyou very much !!
My niece was was sick from Dec. to Apr. and they gave her very good care everytime even with her many challenges with her disabilities they work together as a team to get her better.
I drove 2 hours to st. Petersburg and i would do it again!! Everyone was amazing and i finally got answers!! Ty for giving me the peace of mind i needed!!!
My 6 yr old son was transferred to all children's from SMH at midnight. ER was fantastic with the nurses working as a team. We were seen quickly my an MD and the plan of care was discussed clearly. The surgeon was great and didn't rush with her decision to operate which me and my husband really appreciated. Surgery went well and everyone was wonderful. Me and my husband are both in the health field and we were very impressed and felt as if our son was in great hands.
I went to the emergency room with my 18m he had 104 fever and couldn't breath. They took our details after that directly to see a nurse and Dr. No waiting, such a friendly and compassionate team, we spent 4 hours there and during that time we never without a Dr or a nurse for more than 20 min. I'm so impressed with everyone.
