I am a single dad my son has autism.was there yesterday for a problem with my son.The staff and the doctor was awesome as always.They made sure he was comfortable and keep him calm through all the procedures .I have been there 4 times with him.It is more then worth my 2 hour drive from winter haven.Thanks again for all you do.
We had a great experience with the RN, and staff, my daughter was very happy and secured.
The lack of compassion and patients they have with these children including mines was heart breaking. I was saddened that a children's hospital as such poor trading with their staff. By luck or misfortune we must return hoping for a better experience. To be fair after all my issues someone contacted me and went above and beyond to make things right for that im very thankful.
It was our first time at JH All children's, my daughter were at the second floor for eyelid procedure. We are so thankful for their patience.
This hospital, it's ER staff, their entire cardiovascular floor, every heart surgeon, their ICU staff and their After Surgical Care floor...saved my wife's life!! Several Lead nurses and their staff went above and beyond to help her pull through. Doctors from all over were involved ON THEIR DAYS OFF during the weekends and they all worked around the clock to bring her back to me.
The best care in the world.. Nicest and most knowledgeable staff of any hospital I have ever been to..
I have been volunteering here for more than 3 years. The staff are always caring and respectful and helpful to each other and to the families they serve. This is a gem. <3
The All Children's staff takes the time to care and understand your childs needs. My daughter Macie was just there this weekend for a thyroglossal duct abscess. The ENT team is awesome.Everyone who i encounter was friendly. Dr.s and nurse know what they are doing which makes you feel reassured!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place never had a bad experience.
