This place has the worst billing, communication, and business practice that I've dealt with in a long time. Don't expect to get any kind of accurate information when speaking with them, also, don't expect them to contact you with billing issues on their end that you're completely unaware of. They will just turn you into collections without actually trying to contact you for money you may or may not owe.

We asked them if we could put our trash can by our shed which is 5 steps from the alley, they said yes. However we have had multiple issues with them picking up the trash even when we did put our can right next to the alley, got to the point that the lady at the front desk even came out seen were our trash was (by the shed) and said she didn't know why they didn't pick it up.
