The food was great but the people are the best. They made my mom feel nice by speaking warmly and respectfully. You don't see that as often as we should expect not to mention the staff speaks Spanish. Great plus! John's cafe is a must if you love in Dallas, TX. I totally recommend it!
Great breakfast.live in Kansas City now but come to Johns when we are in town. Started going there when they first opened on lower Greenville years ago.

Delicious breakfast! Traditional menu, but tastes and flavors were full and rich, just like the good old days, scratch cooking. Our group had everything from pancakes to Migas to biscuits, eggs, and a burrito...everything was outstanding! Don’t let the casual, old school environment fool you...this place is the real deal!
