Was always weary of used car lots, but I decided to roll the dice on John's based on a friend's recommendation. From soup to nuts the service I received from Paul, John, Jimmy, Bobby and crew has been exceptional. Yes, I did run into a bit of an issue with the vehicle, but they took the time to right the problem and ensure my satisfaction as a customer. Sure I could've gone to a dealership (I have no credit issues by the way) but just didn't want the pressure of a car salesman breathing down my neck. Definitely will go back.... read more
Great company !!! I've purchased two vehicles from there so far and have sent a few friends that way. They have great service and cars . The owner John is a kool dude and one thing I can say is don't walk in there if you don't really want a car because they will make sure you get one . I think I found my new go to Auto sales spot. I can't thank John, Rocco, and the rest of the team at John's Auto Sales enough for their professionalism and person-ability in my recently experience purchasing a Subaru Outback from them. What do you say to someone that put your wife in the car of her dreams. This is the second car in five years we have bought from John's. I had gone through a divorce(many years ago-still not financially recovered) and my credit wasn't great. Paul was empathetic and understood. Well I bought the car a month ago and just had it both inspected and looked at by a dealership and the car is in great shape! I got a great deal and am really happy with my experience.
So don't bother driving all the way to CarMax, sell your car to John's. Seriously, they were really nice and offered me the same deal as CarMax. I didn't bargain for more than the CarMax deal because hell, I'd rather give my money to a local business anyway.
Went there to sell a car. We were attended to right away, they inspected the car, did a carfax check on my car, took a test drive, finished the paperwork in a short time and also gave us a ride to the T-stop. It was literally "Cash for your car". I think we got a little under the private party book price but was worth not having the hassle of dealing with random people calling and taking the car out for a joyride. Very friendly people!
Soooo my step mother has been in the market for 3 months and has been to couple big dealers and hasn't been able to purchase a newer car, on our way back from a dealer we stopped into a place in Lowell called the owl dinner where we met a women named Shy (amazing) who told us about Johns Auto Sales, we have heard from ppl in the past who sent us to other dealers and we were not impressed and told our selfs NO MORE LISTENING TO ANYONE!! My husband and I recently went to John's Auto Sales to look at cars. While they did not have what we were looking for, Paul V was incredibly helpful. He drove us to a separate location that held much of their inventory and let us drive all the cars we desired. There was no pressure to buy anything and he steered us away from cars that weren't a good fit.
