l left a deposit almost a year ago on a car that i never got to buy. Due to schedule conflicts i wasnt able to go and get my deposit back. So when i did a couple of days ago i was expecting to be given a hard time but instead John the owner was EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING!!!.He refunded my deposit without any hassle! Seemed such a simple and obvious action, but to me it meant a lot and quite impressive and this experience left me very pleasantly surprised... i have been bragging it to my friend since then.... I walked into Joh'ns on Friday with a beat up Jeep I told John that I bought a vehicled here about 10 years ago. He seemed to remember me. I was looking for a pick up he sent one of his drivers to pick up a Silverado. I was impressed when I saw it. He gave me the keys The condition was pristine. He told me if I didn't like it he'd get me something else I'm totally happy with it I did my test ride last night and Iibstalles a tool box with a ladder rack. I recently purchased a vehicle from the gentleman down at John's Auto sales on Somerville Ave and the experience was nothing but spectacular, as you know car buying can be a somewhat intimidating and nerve racking experience. I very, very rarely write a review, but this was one of the best car buying experiences I've had. I was skeptical because some of the bad reviews that had been written, which to me were unfounded. John (owner) could not have been more helpful, polite, and accommodating to me. Went to Johns to look for a car turned down at three dealers could not buy car when I walked in johns auto sales the sales staff listened to me and said they will try to help looked at some cars Joe walked me out to a car and said this will work for you .
