Broke my passenger window and then would not fix it. Did not want to work on my car at all. Would give it a ZERO if it allowed
I do not live in Birmingham but am frequently in the Bluff Park area south of the city. On two separate occasions now, I have had car trouble and gone to John's. In both cases, I was able to get immediate and friendly help and expert service. Most recently, John advised that I needed to take the car to a body shop for a complicated repair problem. Before I left the lot, he stopped me and said he would check on the part and they might be able to take care of my fix at his shop. He did, and they could, and the service saved me... read more

Great friendly fast service. Good trustworthy people who charge a fair price. Needed a new alternator for my mdx he fixed it asap brought in at 12 had it by that afternoon.
Fantastic service...I was in a hurry and needed a quick flat tire repair. John stopped what he was doing, fixed my flat, and had me out the door asap. I definitely plan on returning for other service needs.
Very impressed!! Customer service was excellent!! I'm a part time student at UAB and work full time and I ended up with two flat tires and I needed my vehicle asap. I called in the morning and told them my car was being towed their in the afternoon and when we arrived there everyone was very friendly!! I wasn't sure about the place but they make you feel rite at home.
