Was told no test drives were aloud in NYS due to corona - bought a vehicle had nothing but trouble with it only 6 days after buying it . Come to find out , you can test drive in nys & it would have saved us and the business a whole lot of headache if they were honest from the beginning . Thankful I got my money back , hope they learned a lesson .
My friend Pam Angotti just went there because her car tire kept losing air. The store was closed but the owner came out, patched her tire, and refused to charge her! All during the time of a National crisis. Thank you Brian for being such a great person
They are fantastic willing to work with you we have bought 3 vans from them with no issues. We love in PA and purposely come back to NY when needing a new car. I highly recommend them.
Ever since my brother in-law suggested Sullivan’s, I will never go anywhere else to get service done. They are quick with the turn around time and very honest with what should or shouldn’t be done. My car had a bit of time left for something that was still covered under warranty, they gave me the info and had me check with the dealership to make sure it was. They could have just said this is wrong with tour cat and it needs to be fixed but they didn’t because they knew it wasn’t something that had to come out of my pocket. H... read more
How can you leave a good review when the car you looked at online was sold a week prior to you filling out the application. You call to see whats going on and the lady was pretty rude on the phone. Didn't even want to deal with me the way she acted.
My go to when I need anything for my car. Straight forward honest and prompt. Unfortunately my cars getting old and I’m there a lot but they always get me in no problem and get the job done!!! Just dropped off my car now for another fix... called and got me in same day! You guys rock! And the staff is super friendly. Can’t ask for more
