On March 16, our home warranty company assigned our service request to Johns and Associates, Brazil, Indiana with the appointment scheduled for 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm on March 16. Then, we received a March 16 email at 5:38 pm advising that Johns and Associates had unilaterally rescheduled the appointment for 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm on March 20 – 96 hours later!
