These guys were responsive, great at communicating, provided a fair and competitive estimate, and then knocked out our big job quickly like a well oiled machine. I was completely impressed with them start to finish and would hire them again. When I went to write this review I was surprised to see a low rating, but it looks like the 1 star reviews came from people that did not actually have work performed by them.
A company that messes up is not uncommon, but when the company acknowledges the customers complaint and then ignore them after. I can only imagine what their work reflects.
I understand to trim trees you need a truck equipped to move through different conditions but if you install tires that will throw rocks and damage other people's vehicles you should probably install mudflaps aswell and can I add very poor customer service as I already reported this and still havnt been contacted with an apology at the least
Check out the video I posted of this company's employee throwing a card on my front porch and then walking through my bushes that I posted. The card he threw is attached to this review. Guy does a halfass job on a basic thing like that, are tou really going to trust him with your trees?
They came to trim back a pine tree that was at least 40' tall and was a multi trunk. It had never been trimmed back. They did and awesome job on the tree. Really recommend them.
