Hated to move from L.A, but every time I come bacc that's one of my first stops.
The lady with the slight accent (Caribbean possibly) Had a bad attitude today. I called in, she said it was very busy. I arrive 35 minutes later, it's not busy, she tells the other lady I called a long time ago. She gave me nasty looks the entire time. I'll drive to Culver City From Inglewood before I put up with such bad customer service. That lady must have a lot of inner turmoil.
The employees wss right on time, cool personalities, the food was hot and fresh. I have been coming here since i was a teenager. I recommend everyone to go.
Customer service has sucked for years. And since they don't seem to care about doing better, I will stop patronizing here. Gillanos is just as good.
Terrible service. Worker's have bad attitudes and are rude. The food is good. I will give them credit for that. I don't think they care what people think.
