Johnny's Catfish and Seafood was founded in 2002 by Johnny McFerren. Years later, the Covington family purchased the restaurant. Even though ownership changed hands, we've continued to create delicious, filling dishes. Our Southern dishes are created using the best ingredients available. We make everything from scratch every day. Our main dining room can seat 150 people. We also have a private area that can seat up to 80 people. 07/20/18 Greeting was very friendly the hostess seated my daughter and myself with a smile then it was all down hill. There was a couple that was seated after I was seated yet they had a server and complimentary appetizers along with having their order taking. Needless to say that we exited this restaurant no one asked if there was a reason for me leaving their establishment. Food wasn’t good
I just had some of the best shrimp and catfish I’ve ever eaten. Last night we ate at a very expensive seafood restaurant. Johnny’s food was so much better and about half the price! I would definitely go out of my way to come here in the future.

Catfish is always fried to order . Comes out hot and fresh. Tomatoes relish is great.You get slaw,hush puppies, and beans before order comes. Never had service or food. I have eaten here many times.
Food was awesome. I had catfish, fries, tomato relish, slaw and hush puppies and EVERYTHING was delicious. My husband had chicken fried steak with white gravy, pinto beans, slaw and tomato relish and he and I both ate everything on our plate. Plan to return soon
I got 3 whole catfish really good problem my parents order often and we all live down street....we order a couple weeks ago about 60.00 to go potatoes were horrible and small...I just called in 3 piece whole said something about my small potatoes this time it was small and burnt....no more
