Johnny's Catfish and Seafood was founded in 2002 by Johnny McFerren. Years later, the Covington family purchased the restaurant. Even though ownership changed hands, we've continued to create delicious, filling dishes. Our Southern dishes are created using the best ingredients available. We make everything from scratch every day. Our main dining room can seat 150 people. We also have a private area that can seat up to 80 people. From the time you walk in the door till you walk out the staff was so friendly and glad you stopped by. The food was very good and the left overs was good for breakfast too
Catfish was very tasty not greasy. Sides were good. Beans coleslaw and greens. It was clean and waitstaff very nice. Looked like it was all you can eat hush puppies. Because when it went empty we were given another bowl.
The food is absolutely delicious and the customer service is so wonderful.
They are the BEST! I have been trying to find a restaurant as Cypress Inn since it burned down. Finally I found it Johnny's Catfish and the Manager runs a Great staff and Restaurants! 😄😁😛
Great chicken fried steak, great baked potato, and vegetables were also great .. very nice waitress
RecommendedI’m a bit of a food snob.. the beans and hush puppies are amazing. The pot roast. The chicken fried steak and YES the seafood. Really good. Rory and the staff make it a wonderful place to eat and relax! And the fried pies!! A must have!!
