Out of the many times I've been here, I've only had excellent experiences. If you want expert advice with the best possible service, spend your time and money here. Their efforts go way above what you'd expect and manage to not be pushy at the same time. I was a bike mechanic, yet I still frequent this shop.

I rarely go out of the way to write reviews but I just had for JoSpro. I have never experienced a business with consistently EXCELLENT service. The nicest staff around. Every time I visit with a bike issue, they are SO patient and kind. Never once have I felt like I'm wasting their time or asking a dumb question. I just lost my bike lock key and one of the employees came to my apartment after work hours to cut the old lock and install a new one. To me, that is going above and beyond the call of service. Just the best. Fair prices and great service. They've been keeping my crappy bike alive longer than it has any right to be, and they help me out with suggestions on how to keep it that way myself. Seriously. The service here is amazing. They'll really go the extra mile for you, and no matter how much or how little you know about bikes, they're friendly, helpful, and never condescending or dismissive. Y'all are awesome.
