They didn't attempt to sell me up on parts I thought I needed and was very informative on any questions I had. I have been to a variety of shops in the city but I finally found a place I feel confident bringing my bike moving forward. Thank you ~( ^-^)~

Worst shop ever! Years ago taken for my money, sold a bike that was not theirs to sell and they never honored the sale. The worst bike shop you will ever come across, and I loathe saying this but they were not interested in assisting with a flawed sale AT ALL! All buyers beware of Johnny Sprockets. I only post this now wanting to by a NINER noting they are a dealer....how that happened with a great brand I do not know. Please love bikes, ride bikes, but NEVER EVER buy bikes from Johnny Sprockets I beg you. John Joyce
