excellent services. I was in search of a decent road bike to get back into triathlon racing. OK, so my wife had what we thought was a minor frame issue with her 9 year old Specialized Ruby Comp. Nothing that I didn't think a little "epoxy or Bondo" could take care of. As soon as he saw it, Kyle said he wanted to review with his Specialized rep and see if Specialized's "lifetime warranty" might apply. The staff here is so friendly and knowledgeable. Got a new road bike not really knowing what to get for my level of riding. They were patient in helping me find the best fit for me and made sure I left happy. Would def recommend this place for pros as well as amateurs like myself.
