Johnny Rockets are known for the friendliness of the staff and I was hugely disappointed at the pavilion branch. The staff especially one senior staff named "Didi" was extremely rude and ill-mannered. While I politely asked if an adult is allowed to order from kids' menu she made a really harsh remark saying "You are not a 12 year old and you can't act like one". Don't you teach your employees how do talk to customers? She could have politely said that it's company policy or something. Anyways, Avenue K has much better staff... read more
I have had the opportunity to patronise johnny rockets at the pavilion, kl thrice and each time i was never disappointed; what with the moderately priced food and the live entertainment the staff there provided. Lively atmosphere and friendly staff. Keep up the good work!
