the burger and service were fine, but now I'm checking my credit card statement and see they charged me twice!
I love this place, I usually get the Route 66 hamburger which is the best! The times I've come excellent customer service with the waiters/waitresses, they keep checking back with me to see if I need anything. I always come though when it's empty, lots of times when I'm leaving is when the lunch crowd begins, not sure if they get great customer service to or if it changes depending on the crowd. When I arrive, was great nice tall gentlemen. He was calm and polite. I ask if can taste the chili and he brings a bowl. Order food and came out fast. I finished my drink and another one was waiting without asking. He was fast, while handling multiple tables and never messing up. Customer Service at its best. A True Professional at what he does and not wasting a moment of time. He is probably the best work at this location. For this, I will be returning. Too bad, I didn't ask his name to recommend him.
I work downtown.. Customer service.. I have an hour and a half split.. I ordered food at 2:14pm and told the waiter I would be at one of the tables outside since its a nice day.. The waiter replied that he would bring my food out to me.. As I watched many people come in after me, order and be served almost an hour later I walked back inside to ask for my money back since I now only had a half hour to eat and get back to work.. my food had been sitting in a bag on the counter for who knows how long.. cold fries.. never again!
Old style dinner very clean ok prices good was good food great shakes fast service
