Love the Burgers. Fries & friendly staff. Ice Cream delicious
The seat aren't exactly FPF (Fat People Friendly), but the food was good, and our waitress was AMAZING. I had the Philly loaded Street Tots. They were very good.
Food sat on the shelf for a long time!! Fries were hard & cold!!! Had to ask for the food!!! And to top it off as I walked toward the back of the restaurant it smelled bad like dirty mop!!! Won't be going back there ... now I know why it was empty!!!
TERRIBLE! so disappointed. I'm a huge johnny rocket fan, the food took 3 hours to show up. everything was soggy, the milkshake was actually warm and non-of it was edible. i spoke to the manager asked for a refund and he had the nerve to 25% off. my kids were crying for hours hungry and his response was " if u don't like it then don't order from us again". what a jerk. not even an apology.
I give this Johnny Rockets a chance to redeem itself, but it fails all the time. I only go because my kids like the burgers. However, we never get our full meals all together. Such as: my son will get his fries, my other son will get his burger and I get my drink...20 minutes later, they bring the rest of the food, by then we're not hungry anymore. Me and my 2 kids never get to enjoy our full meals at once. The staff is super friendly, but the eating experience is not great at all.... I'll never go back.
