After waiting over the listed hour wait time, we inquired as to the status of our reservation. We then overheard they took our name off the reservation list. The manager, Lorenzo, didn’t acknowledge the issue or even apologize for the issues. Instead, he talks down to his staff and insults them. While instructing guests to follow an employee to be seated, his words were “just follow this old guy”. What a joke! He should be ashamed of himself.
