Lovely quick personable waitress (Nancy). Food was very good. Unfortunately the girl seating people had no idea how to manage a crowd. Gave her our name twice, and she still forgot to put us on the list. When I asked her why multiple parties of 4 were taken before us (they arrived waaaayyy after us), she blew me off. Finally, when we were the last people left, she questioned our name. “Oh sorry, I don’t see you listed”. Won’t be back.
Took 10 minutes to be seated. Sat at the booth for 20 minutes and nobody came to serve us. It was after midnight on a Tuesday in early May. When I confronted the employee he could of at least acted like he cared. Dude couldn't wait to see us leave. So we left.
If I could give it less than one star I would. I don’t know which was worse the service or the food. Long wait time. Food was wrong and each item came out in five minute intervals. Burger, wait five minutes, fries, wait five minutes, someone else’s fries. It was ridiculous. I will never go back.
HORRIBLE SERVICE....STAFF HAD VISIBLY BAD ATTITUDES. Food was just ok.
