I had to sue this guy to get the deed to my property. It was a horrible mistake on my part to even consider owner financing options through him. He tried every crooked tactic to try and screw me over. He will sit on your checks until they expire which is 90 days. He held onto 21 checks total and decided to let me know about them over a year later after the last one was no good. Thank God they were Certified Bank Checks. Stay clear of this Guy on anything dealing with Real Estate.
