Very Disrespectful , RUDE and Unprofessional Individual..completely unethical mannerisms...I grieved him after my visit but Kaiser didn’t processed my complaint.. Terrible experience!!! He also wrote down a false statement in the after visit report just because I complained. I was expecting to Kaiser to correct this individual mistake but they did not because the “doctor” is the only one able to make corrections.. VERY DISSATISFIED!!!
Dr. Orozco has been wonderful to my current husband and myself. Also, when my ex-husband wasn't being treated properly by doctors in his area I got him to go to Dr. Orozco who followed up on the issues that were formerly ignored. It turned out that the diagnosis of depression wasn't adequate to cover his stroke, gallbladder, liver problems and Alzheimer's!!!
Very nice and caring, a doctor that truly cares about his patients and amazing at what he does!!
