Our counter is cut daily Our specialties cover restaurants, food trucks, caterers, processing wild game, making your family sausage to retail customers. If you have a special request, just ask. We have been around since 1980 and are a State and County HAACP Plant. Our staff have their food handlers certificate. We now offer our meat to be delivered by Mercato Food delivery.
