El Car wash (Pine Hills) I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this car wash since it was acquired by new management. What should have been a simple service has turned into a frustrating ordeal with property damage and zero accountability. Horrible customer service and horrible job cleaning. Ever since el car wash took over Johnny clean it has went down the drain. To make things worse, iv tried to cancel my membership multiple times including going in store and having it cancelled by a worker. Have the receipt to prove it was cancelled and as of today I was charged! This is insane!! Now I have to go to my bank and have it stopped since no one at el car wash seems competent enough to cancel a membership. This company needs to be shut down for stealing peoples m... read more
