WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! Everyone was rude!! The hostest was terrible. We waited an HOUR for our table and the restaurant was not busy. Waited an additional 20 min for anyone to even take our drink order. The redhead waitress named Deanna (or something similar) was terribly disrespectful to my mother who we were there to celebrate Mother's Day with. This is not the Carino's I remember. We used to have a Johnny Carino's in Mesquite TX and going there was a real treat. The grilled chicken with bow tie festival pasta was my favorite entree. I went to the Rockwall location today for an early birthday lunch and they seemed to be short staffed. It took us about an hour to get our meal. The bread and olive oil dipping sauce was great. We were not even informed that the location had closed and we had reserved a room for the 28th of October for our wedding reception... Super fucking pissed off with them right now. No wonder they closed since they obviously don't run an organized professional establishment
My favorite thing on the menu and the only reason me and my baby come here is for the lobster ravioli. Please bring it back so we can come back.
I haven't been to a Carino's in about 10 years, so I decided to try this one out this evening. There were 3 hosts at the podium that took about a minute to notice we were there. When we were seated, someone came a placed a white piece of paper on the table (I think it was one of the hosts). I have no idea what that was for.
