Worst customer serve I have ever had! We frequent this place alot but after the way we were treated at curbside it will be a long time before I come back. We came to pick up our order, the lady came out and didn't even tell us how much it was grabbed my card and literally ran inside. When she came back out after she charged us she then told us "we are out of your appetizer you ordered" then handed me the bill, we would loved to have ordered something else but she just kept handing me the check to sign. Love the food! They where super busy tonight and looked a bit understaffed, but never felt neglected. Lobster Ravioli was amazing but got too filled up on amazing bread! Lol. Place is good! !
Not impressed!!! Friday night bread in the oven and out of lasagna.. Never again!!
We love the food, you can't beat the Monday Family platter deal and the service is ALWAYS stellar. The manager Ben even made our anniversary which was today, extra special. He is always so friendly as is the wonderful staff. They raise the bar when it comes to great customer service. Thank you for a wonderful evening!
The food was great but for us the highlight was the service. Our server Mackenzie was on her toes. She had 4-5 rather large tables and served them all perfectly. She anticipated needs like re-filling beverages and bringing extra napkins without being asked. She asked multiple times if everything was good and if there was anything we needed.
