I love the food. However, I got an email today about half priced family platters and it reminded me about how this used to be one of our favorite things to do. We no longer go on Mondays for this deal because if you want salad, which used to be included, you now have to pay an additional $9.99. Apparently $30+ for Pasta isn't enough. When do we have to start paying for our bread, cheese, napkins, water and silverware?
Love this place! Good food! Not many places have eggplant was glad to see eggplant Parmesan on the menus! I thought this place had gone out of business so stopped coming to it. I use to come here all the time long time ago I'm happy to have discovered it is still in business
Family night used to be an incredible deal! Half priced family platters was perfect. As of this week, the salad is no longer included and costs an additional $9.99 (you do get a dessert, though). I DON'T WANT A DESSERT. I just want a salad with my dinner. But not a seller that cost $10. NOT such a good deal anymore. I guess our Monday night family tradition is over.
This place used to be so good. We waited 5 minutes to get sat. It was noon and there was one table. We then waited for drinks for 10 minutes. The server was horrible, she acted like she had better things to do than do her job. I will never come back.
When Hubs and I have gone, we've had a good experience. I was frustrated when my son made reservations for their Homecoming last week, only to be told "oh, we double booked reservations" and there was no room for their planned party ... :(
Been there 3 times now and everytime the service is deplorable, but last night was the last time I will eat at this restaurant. Waited over an hour for our food. Everytime I have gone to this place everything is chaotic at best and seems to be running on a skeleton crew of staff. No more Johnny Carino's for us, we'll be going to Macaroni Grill from now on. Too bad you can't get your service together because the food is really good.
