From the moment we walked in there was never a moment we felt pressured to buy. Cutter was pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. He was patient and went above and beyond any salesman I have worked with. Dustin in finance was transparent with rates and finance options. We’ve bought two RV’s from Johnnie Walker, a 2012 Elkridge 34TSRE and a 2020 Big Country 3155RLK. We bought both from Mark Van Hoose, and if we buy a third, it will be from Mark. I have always received excellent service from everyone in parts, service, and sales.
Our experience buying at Johnnie Walker was a very good one. Everyone we dealt with there were friendly and helpful. I guess that’s why they have been in business for 55+ years. I won’t go anywhere else.
We bought are RV back in 2007 and have always had awesome service. They took care of us when Rage'n went out of business and honored the warranty. They are always professional and we will never buy anywhere else. A special shout out to the service department because they go above and beyond always. If they don't have a answer which is rare they find one.
So glad I came into Johnnie Walker RV man it felt just like home. Everyone is so welcoming and very happy people. I was able to pick up my travel trailer today. So me and my family are able to make more family memories. A BIG THANK YOU, to Tom and CJ For making this happen. You guys did a great job and finding me the perfect toy for me and my family. No pressure sales. The set up/service department was on point with our delivery. Bought our first RV there 25 years ago. Glad we came back.
The best experience I’ve ever had on a large purchase. Nelson was beyond the greatest sale rep it’s been my pleasure to deal with (and I’ve dealt with a lot); the atmosphere of a long time family owned company with an amazing long term dedicated staff, which speaks volumes in itself, made it an great experience.
