The service is terrible They put me off for three weeks before they could get my trailer in They have had it for a month and still not done Have a problem with the slider they said they didn’t know how to fix it and would have to call the manufacturer

Was on my way to buy another trailer on another companies lot and saw the trailer I wanted on their lot. Gave them a call and customer service was outstanding on the phone. Completed the whole deal over the phone for the price I wanted. Easy signing once I got there. In and out through service. Happy customer. Highly recommend.

GREAT customer service! We were greeted at the door by Graig who was delighted we were there and ready to find us the perfect camper fit for us. Graig gave us lots of tips and made us feel like family! Lance did an awesome job teaching us everything we needed to know for our first trip. The service department took great care of our truck and had everything ready while we filled out our paperwork. We will be forever customers at Johnny Walker RV!

A++. I purchased a 2020 Thor Challenger 37YT a week ago. I started to work with Kenny Martin in sales over a month ago while still living in MO. He took the time to do a Face Time tour and answered all my questions. JWRV let me stay on the lot for 3 days to go over the coach and make a list of things that needed to be addressed. Everything was fixed when I left. Great experience and I would definitely do business with them again. Remember....ask for Kenny. He's the man!

Steve was our salesmen. He was wonderful. He showed us everything he thought we would like. We bought a 5 th wheel from them. They have a camping lot for you to spend as much time as you need to learn all the ins and outs of your RV. Everyone is so friendly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an RV.
