First time buyers and not disappointed at all. We upgraded from a pop up to a 30’ and our salesman Eric Crevling (4784 Boulder Hwy) was awesome. A friend recommended Eric to us and for a good reason. He took the time to answer tons of questions we threw at him. When we did the “schooling” and overnight stay at their lot, every single individual we dealt with was very polite and smiling, at least it appeared they were smiling while wearing a mask. Excellent customer service. Our salesman Tom Alford was informative and even came down on days off to show us a new rig. The service dept had their hands full with items we wanted reviewed and repaired. Steve is thorough and cares about doing things right.

What an amazing experience! We stopped in just to look after renting an RV for a week and ended up buying a 31ft class C and driving it back to WI! Sheri was fantastic and helped us with all the logistics to get the RV purchased, our stuff transferred to the new RV, get our cashiers check at the bank, and get us headed back to WI in our new RV. One of the best purchasing experiences we ever had.

We had an amazing experience. We traveled from California to purchase our trailer. Everyone was friendly and informative. Such an easy process a technician “Kyle” walked us through step by step of our trailer while our great salesman “Eric” got our paperwork ready. After the walk through we signed our papers. We just bought another trailer and also my son bought his first trailer from JWRV yesterday. This company is first rate, from sales to service everyone is genuinely sincere in the process and I cannot say enough about how great our relationship with JWRV has been for over twenty years.
If you want a trailer, make sure you have cash ready. They will not honor $500 down first right/refusel. They used to be honorable but I guess even with record sales, they are wanting to make a quick buck.
