My salesman is Mark Vanhoose. I first saw him almost a year ago and told him exactly what I wanted. When all other dealers forgot about me he remembered and called me last week to say "it took me a while but I found exactly what you wanted," and he did, and I bought it! And since then Mark and Johnnie Walker have gone above and beyond to make my wife and I satisfied customers. Not only that but these guys are just good, down to earth family people. Thanks to all!
Mischa and I purchased a Destiny 5th wheel from JWRV last summer............ we didn't really use it for several months and of course the 1 month warranty had expired. I returned it in January with a list of problems and they worked with me on getting them corrected, including not charging for some repairs. I returned it again this week as we had a persistent water leak around the bedroom slide and they repaired it (hopefully) without charge. The crew at JWRV #3 have been great to work with, especially Ed Cark.
As a first time buyer, I would recommend this place. They walked me through everything, answered all my stupid questions and made sure that all was road worthy. Im happy to be a part of the "HAPPY CAMPERS" family.
We just bought our second RV from Johnnie Walker and couldn't be happier. A special thank you to Jared Munk, our salesman, Tom, our schooling guy, and of course, Danny, in parts.
