So far, so good. Our trailer was recently destroyed by a drunk driver while it was sitting in front of our house. That sent us shopping for a new one. We didn't buy our first trailer from Johnnie Walker, but I wish we had. Now we're dealing with Robo and can't wait to complete the purchase!! We're waiting for the insurance company to pay for the destroyed trailer, but JWRV has put our choice on hold for us. Robo is very knowledgeable and friendly! Absolutely the best! After looking all over Las Vegas and Southern CA, we chose our trailer model based on the service we received at Johnny Walker. We love the whole experience. Our salesman Zack was very helpful in getting us the deal we wanted on the exact travel trailer we wanted. Very nice people at all the dealerships. Having some warranty work done soon. I'll keep you updated on how that goes. I don't foresee any problems though. This is the second travel trailer we have bought from them.
