Purchased our 2nd travel trailer from Johnnie Walker. Christine was so accommodating and helpful. Finally got to take the trailer out last weekend. Had a couple learning experiences but that's what it's all about. Had a blast and can't wait to take it out again. Building our memories with family and friends. Thanks Christine for being so patience and making it so easy. Will definitely buy again when we are ready to get that Class A.
Traded in our travel trailer for a class C. It was a great experience. Our neighbors saw how smooth our transaction was and traded in their 5th wheel for a Class A.
Great buying experience with Johnnie Walker. We shopped around and ended up coming back to Johnnie Walker because of the good customer service. Robert (Robo) was our salesman, and he was excellent. Not pushy and made us feel like family. Service department seems to be really helpful and knowledgeable as well with questions I have had about our trailer. Cutter was amazing and everyone has gone out of the morning way to make our experience the best. From the purchase to training to things to remember and alllowing is to stay on site to learn how to use our toy hauler and everything in it. You’d be crazy not buy from them!!
Just driving around looking at RVs and Tommy from Johnny Walkers RV was so helpful and answered all of our questions even how much weight my truck could carry. I really enjoyed his hospitality and serves. Walker at Johnnie walkers Rv took over and answered more questions when we went back and helped with all of our finance to get us into the RV that worked for my truck and what we liked. Thank Johnnie Walker, Tommy and Walker. I would work with company again to buy another RV .
