Brought my refrigerator in because it was malfunctioning. Salesmen were reluctant to point me towards service department once they realized they weren't going to sell me anything... Service personnel were quick to let me know how much of an inconvenience it was going to be for the to look at my refrigerator. All they did was plug it in over night and since it was working in the morning they charged me $60 and sent me in my way.... Fridge still isn't working right. Never going back to them...

Service and sales staff are the best.
Purchased a Pacific Coachworks model# 23FSXL last year from JWRV and the salesman told me and also presented me with a brochure stating that the trailer I was buying had a 100 gallon freshwater tank (which if I had known it DID NOT), would not have bought. Now I have tried to let Johnnie Walker staff work it out with Pacific Coach Works to no avail. Johnnie Walker RV's is a great company to do business with! Dusty Brand and Rod Roland in both parts departments are very knowledgeable.
