Bought salmon here today, ended up being bad
Normally I love John Yi’s I always make it a stop when I am in the area to grab something for dinner. Today I bought two bags of mussels and every single one of them was dead. Had to Instacart from ShopRite instead.
I recently made a purchase of fresh mussels at this location since it’s a lot closer than my usual seafood vendor. Their prices are noticeable more expensive but I assume it’s due to the location. Once home and inspecting the mussels, over a quarter of tbe bag was dead! Mussels were rotted or already opened. I returned them to the shop and showed them the bag, and they gladly exchanged me for a new bag from the back fridge.
