I love this airport, but had a frustrating experience with the parking garage yesterday. I accidently left my wallet at home and tried to plea with the attendant to get my car out of the structure. I only had enough cash to pay for half, and offered to leave my airline ticket and my drivers license with them and then true up the amount due upon my return. Easiest airport to deal with. From arrival to sitting at the gate in under 45 minutes.
Fast and easy, very straight forward. However, if you forget to charge your devices before you leave, don't count on charging them there. Absolutely no plug in areas available. That is my only complaint.
The airport is great not super busy and it's easy. My only complaint is a young man that works for the airport for the wheelchair personal. He made my daughter cry by saying he was going to take her Mickey Mouse ears from her. Told him we were not in the joking mood and that he needed to leave us only. He then continued to make jokes saying she not in the joking mood. I then asked him for his supervisor and he then started saying "supervisor she's not in the joking mood" and "I'll pull you out of line". After getting through... read more
