This is the only commercial airport in Orange County, situated 35 miles to the south of Los Angeles. It has two runways and parking space for over 7,500 vehicles. Great place to fly in and out of. Lyft and Uber pick up a bit confusing. And I won’t eat at any restaurant there. None of them stand out, just not good. Stick with a liquid diet there. Beer.
Is my first time going to this airport but is more easy than any other airport.
I love that this is a smaller airport with an easy-to-find shuttle service area. We always choose John Wayne when we fly to California.
Clean & easy to navigate...wayyyy better than lax

JWA suggestion. Take down the sign pointing women into the men’s bathroom across from Gate 9 and men into the women’s bathroom across from Gate 8. You might think it’s helpful BUT ITS NOT! Sit and watch how confused you are making everyone. Someone doesn’t have common sense at the airport. Also the new Terminal signs you put up are only confusing everyone. Not needed. Please and thank you
